Bulk personalized send

Write one template, paste your recipients, and each person gets their own message — and their own chat thread.

Presets:
Use {name} (or {CustomerName}) for each recipient's name. If you paste a CSV with headers, any column becomes a token, e.g. {project}. Constants like {CompanyName} and {ReviewLink} you type in once — the template is saved for next time.
“Check SMS-capable” and “Skip landlines on send” use Twilio Lookup to skip numbers that can't receive texts — a paid lookup (~$0.008/number, cached so each number is billed only once).

Receive replies (two-way chat)

Twilio needs a public URL to deliver incoming texts to this app. Start a free tunnel, paste its URL, then connect.

  1. In a terminal, run a tunnel to port 3000:
    cloudflared tunnel --url http://localhost:3000  (or ngrok http 3000)
  2. Copy the https://… URL it prints and paste it below.
  3. Click Save & connect — this points your Twilio number's webhook here automatically.
